4 Suites are available, 2 each in the McDonnell and Adams-Mangrum
Lodges. Each suite features living area with kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, dining room table with 4 chairs,
hide-a-bed couch and television. A private bedroom features king
size bed, linens, telephone with voicemail, AM/FM alarm clock radio
and individually controlled air conditioning and heat. The
private bath contains separate areas with sink and mirror and
tub/shower. High speed wireless internet is available in both
the McDonnell and Adams-Mangrum Lodges.
Motel Rooms

There are 57 motel rooms located in the McDonnell Lodge and 59 in
the Adams-Mangrum Lodge. 111 of these rooms feature 2 queen size
beds, linens, telephone with voice mail, AM/FM alarm clock radio,
private bath with tub/shower and individually controlled air
conditioning and heat. The other 6 motel rooms are designed to
accommodate those with physical disabilities and have the same
amenities as the other rooms but feature a king size bed and larger
shower. High speed wireless internet is available in both the
McDonnell and Adams-Mangrum Lodges.
Cabins

The cabins are available for those preferring dormitory style
accommodations and work especially well for youth retreats. There
are 21 air conditioned cabins that will sleep 30 people per cabin.
Each cabin has two sleeping rooms that include 7 sets of bunks and a
single bed in each. Each sleeping room has a bath area that features
3 showers, 3 sinks and
3 toilets. 6 of the cabins have an attached meeting room that
can accommodate 40-60 persons. Linens are not included.
DuBose Building

The DuBose Building is a versatile meeting facility that can seat up
to 1000 persons. The DuBose Building features a state of the art
audio system and is equipped with stage lighting and ceiling mounted
video projection. Use of the installed audio system in the DuBose
Building requires the hiring of a Lakeview Conference Center audio
technician.
Adams-Mangrum Meeting Rooms

The Adams-Managrum Lodge features 6 meeting rooms. The Magnolia Room can
seat up to 270 persons and features installed audio and video
systems. The Pecan, Cedar & Crepe Myrtle rooms can each seat up to 120
persons and the Comal & Blanco rooms can seat up to 60 persons each.
Audio systems are available upon request and for complex audio needs
a more advanced system with Lakeview Conference Center audio
technician are available for a small fee. In addition to the 6
meeting rooms the Adams-Mangrum Lodge also features a beautifully
decorated Parlor for all our guests to enjoy during their stay.
McDonnell Meeting Rooms

The McDonnell Lodge features a Lounge that is always available to
all of our guests and provides a wonderful place to visit and
socialize with friends and acquaintances. There are also 2 meeting
rooms available on the second floor that can each seat up to 130
persons. Audio systems for these meeting rooms are available
upon request.
